These terms apply to the Astro44 Android app operated by Evizen AI. By using Astro44 you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Astro44
You must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Google account.
2. What Astro44 is, and is not
Astro44 offers Vedic astrology calculations and traditional, symbolic guidance for reflection: readings, the Astro Timeline, Astro44 Advisors (fictional personas that explain your Kundli; they are not human astrologers), Palm, Foot and Face readings, Compatibility (Kundli matching) and Chakra Insights. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, it does not predict outcomes with certainty, and it must not be relied on for decisions about health, safety, money or relationships.
3. Purchases
Astro44 is free to install. Some readings may be offered as one-time purchases through Google Play. A purchase unlocks the item described in the app. If a reading cannot be prepared because of a technical problem, your unlock is kept for a retry.
Astro44 Premium, when it is offered, is a monthly subscription sold through Google Play. It renews automatically every month at the price Google Play shows you until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions); after cancelling you keep Premium until the end of the month already paid. While the app shows Premium as "Available in the next release", it cannot be bought and nothing is charged. Deleting your Astro44 account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play.
All prices are shown by Google Play before you pay. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; you may also contact us.
4. Your content
You are responsible for what you share. Do not upload photos of other people or content you have no right to share. Only enter another person's birth details in Compatibility if you are allowed to use them. Palm, foot and face photos are deleted after processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Notifications
Notifications are optional. You choose which ones you receive in Profile → Notifications and can turn them off there or in your phone's settings at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, extract other users' data, overload the service or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Changes and availability
We may change or discontinue features. We will update these terms when needed and tell you in the app when a change is material.
8. Liability
Astro44 is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Evizen AI is not liable for decisions you make based on the app's guidance.
